Season 14's endgame is built around a loop that feels simple at first, then opens up as your character gets stronger. You clear Pandemonium Ruptures, earn Glints of Hope, and push the seasonal Reputation Board in Zarbinzet. From there, Realmwalkers and Deathtoll Chambers become the real focus. They lead to Superior Lair Keys, which are used after defeating the Corrupted Reaper. If you're still gearing up, the right Diablo 4 Items can make those early clears much less frustrating.
Ruptures, Realmwalkers, and Deathtoll Chambers
Not every Pandemonium Rupture works the same way. Normal Ruptures appear across the open world, especially during Helltides, but they cannot create Realmwalkers. Surging Ruptures can replace local events in Helltides and may spawn one after completion. Colossal Ruptures are found in the Fields of Desecration, near Zarbinzet, and guarantee a Realmwalker. Defeat that enemy and a portal to a Deathtoll Chamber will open. Nightmare Dungeons carrying the Rupture affix offer another route, so keep an eye out for those sigils.
Where Superior Lair Keys Come From
Deathtoll Chambers are the main place to look for Superior Lair Keys. Finish the chamber and collect the final reward. At higher Torment levels, the chamber guarantees at least one key, which makes the farming pattern much more reliable. Belial can also provide a key when he appears after a lair boss encounter, although that extra reward is not guaranteed. Seasonal progression rewards may add more Lair Boss Keys as well. If you're short on time, using cheap Diablo 4 Items to fill a weak gear slot can help you reach a comfortable farming tier sooner.
Fighting the Corrupted Reaper
The Corrupted Reaper is unlocked through the seasonal questline and can then be challenged repeatedly without a summoning fee. The Superior Lair Key is not needed to start the fight. It is spent on the reward hoard after the boss dies, so do not waste keys on attempts that your build cannot handle yet. Watch the health thresholds closely. Around 66 percent health, the Soul Projectiles spread into a wider fan and Soul Rush becomes faster. Below 33 percent, the fight becomes more aggressive, with trap lines and charges that can wipe an unwary player. Keep moving, avoid cursed zones, and use Stagger to clear active traps when possible.
Turning Fragments Into Mythic Power
The Corrupted Reaper can drop up to two Pandemonium Fragments, with higher Torment levels improving the result. The Reputation Board matters too: Glints of Hope earned from Ruptures unlock rewards, and its repeatable reward guarantees a Fragment. Four Fragments and a Unique item with at least 850 Item Power are required for the Horadric Cube recipe. The submitted item decides the equipment slot, not the exact Mythic Unique. Mythic Uniques are Ancestral, have stronger Unique Powers, and roll their other affixes at maximum values. Build steadily, save keys for reliable kills, and raise difficulty only when the clear feels consistent.
